What is agentic AI?
It's AI that can take multi-step actions toward a goal, calling tools, making decisions, and adapting, rather than just answering a single question and stopping.
Is this the same as adding a chatbot to our product?
A chatbot is one possible interface. Agentic AI is about what happens behind that interface, whether the system can actually complete useful work, not just hold a conversation.
Do you build custom models or use existing ones?
Usually a mix. Most problems don't need a model trained from scratch, they need the right existing model, connected properly, and evaluated honestly. We'll tell you which situation you're in.
