Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 1 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and, where a separate signed agreement doesn't already cover it, any services provided by Next Noor Ltd ("Next Noor", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Who we are
Next Noor Ltd is a company registered in England & Wales, company number 16153538, with its registered office at Office 7409, 321-323 High Road, Chadwell Heath, Romford, Essex, RM6 6AX, United Kingdom.
2. Use of this website
This website and its content are provided for general information about Next Noor's services. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish material from this site for commercial purposes without our written permission. We try to keep information accurate and current, but we don't guarantee the site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully up to date.
3. Engaging our services
Enquiries submitted through this site, the contact form, or Nanu (our on-site assistant) are not binding contracts. A project only begins once both parties have agreed and signed a separate statement of work or services agreement, which will set out scope, pricing, timelines, and any project-specific terms in more detail than this page.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all content on this site, including text, design, logos, and the "Nanu" character, belongs to Next Noor Ltd or its licensors. Intellectual property in client deliverables is governed by the individual services agreement for that project, not by this page.
5. Bookings and consultations
Booking a consultation through this site reserves time with our team. We'll confirm the booking by email and, where applicable, provide a calendar invite. Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us directly, we ask for as much notice as possible.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't legally be excluded under English law. Beyond that, Next Noor's liability arising from your use of this website is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Liability relating to a specific engagement is set out in that project's services agreement.
7. Third-party links and tools
This site may link to or embed third-party tools (for example, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, or our AI assistant Nanu, which is powered by a third-party AI language model provider). We're not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to support@nextnoor.com or by post to our registered office above.
